Is the displayed fare final?
The server recalculates the route before saving your booking. Your confirmation contains the accepted journey price and reference.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add the flight number during booking. Our dispatch team follows live flight updates and adapts pickup preparation when a delay is reported.
Can I book for several passengers?
Yes. Eco, Green and Premium carry up to four passengers; the Van carries up to seven, subject to luggage.
Can I manage my booking online?
Create or use a customer account with the same verified email to view linked journeys and request a cancellation.
When is cancellation free?
Cancellation is free only when we receive and confirm the request at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
