Choose Brussels Airport (BRU) if your ticket says Brussels or Zaventem. Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL) is a different airport. Check the three-letter code on your flight booking before calculating the taxi fare: a city address in Zaventem is also different from the airport terminal.

Choose Round trip to book the outward and return journeys together. Enter a separate pickup date and time for each journey; the return uses the same two addresses in reverse. Check the total for both journeys before booking: the price in one direction need not equal the price in the other. If your return flight uses another airport or you return to a different address, contact dispatch to arrange the separate routes. Both journeys remain subject to booking confirmation.
Pickup or drop-off can be arranged in any of the 19 Brussels municipalities, at a hotel, Brussels-Midi station, the European Quarter, a home or an office. For a hotel, enter its name and full address, then specify the entrance in the remarks. For a station, agree the meeting point with dispatch.
