Before landing: add the flight number
The flight number is more useful than an estimated landing time. Taxi2Airport dispatch uses it to monitor live operational updates and adjust pickup preparation when a delay is reported. Keep the phone number supplied with the booking reachable after landing.
- Check that the booking confirmation contains the correct date and flight number.
- Turn off flight mode after landing when permitted.
- Read any updated meeting instruction before leaving the baggage area.
After baggage reclaim: continue to the Arrivals Hall exit
Follow the Baggage Hall signs, complete border control when required and collect every bag before going to the exit. The airport's own arrival guide says that a pre-booked driver can wait at the exit. Your confirmation remains the authoritative instruction for your particular journey.
Official Brussels Airport arrival guidePre-booked driver and official taxi rank are not the same service
Official airport taxis wait outside the Arrivals Hall and can be taken without an advance booking. A pre-booked journey is arranged in advance with a named operator and uses the meeting instruction sent with the confirmation. Taxi2Airport Brussels does not claim to be the official Brussels Airport taxi rank.
Official airport pickup and taxi informationIf you cannot see the driver
Stay near the agreed point instead of walking between car parks or following an unknown person. Check the name and vehicle information in the confirmation, then call or message dispatch on the published Taxi2Airport number. Never send card details or identity documents through WhatsApp.
- Give the booking reference and passenger name.
- Confirm the hall or exit where you are waiting.
- Tell dispatch if baggage delivery or border control caused an additional delay.
For a departure from Brussels
Enter the complete Brussels pickup address, including the hotel entrance, station exit, office or house number. The route to Zaventem differs significantly across the 19 municipalities. Brussels Airport uses a drop-off zone close to the departures area; allow additional time for traffic and airline check-in.
Official Brussels Airport drop-off guidancePrice, vehicle and cancellation
The booking calculator uses the exact route and chosen vehicle. For a journey starting at Zaventem, Taxi2Airport currently applies a minimum of €50 per trip for Eco, Green or Premium and €70 for the Van. The accepted amount is shown in the confirmation. Free cancellation applies only when the request is received and confirmed at least 24 hours before pickup.
- Eco, Green and Premium: up to 4 passengers.
- Van: up to 7 passengers, subject to luggage.
- Child seats and a VAT invoice can be requested during booking.
An honest alternative: the train
Brussels Airport reports direct trains to Brussels-Central in about 18 minutes. The train can be the faster choice to a station. A pre-booked taxi is most useful when the actual destination is not next to that station, the group wants to stay together, luggage is difficult to move, or the journey is very early or late.
