Where will I meet my driver?
Check that your ticket says BRU: Brussels Airport in Zaventem and Brussels South Charleroi (CRL) are different airports. Add your flight number and keep the dispatch contact handy for your meeting point after landing.
An early flight or a late arrival?
Book the time the driver should collect you, not the flight departure time. Allow for the road journey and your airline’s arrival instructions. Dispatch confirms the requested pickup, including at night.
Child seats and groups
Include children in your passenger total, select the seats you need and mention a stroller or large bags. Our Van takes up to seven passengers; dispatch confirms the combination of seats and luggage.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add the flight number during booking. Our dispatch team follows live flight updates and adapts pickup preparation when a delay is reported.
Can I book for several passengers?
Yes. Eco, Green and Premium carry up to four passengers; the Van carries up to seven, subject to luggage.
Can I manage my booking online?
Create or use a customer account with the same verified email to view linked journeys and request a cancellation.
When is cancellation free?
Cancellation is free only when we receive and confirm the request at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
