The company behind your transfer

Our website is taxi2airport.brussels. The legal operator is identified below so you can match the service you book with the business responsible for it. We hold passenger-transport licences in Brussels and Flanders. Company and VAT numbers identify the business; licence numbers identify the operating authorisations. They are different references and are not booking numbers. You can search the official Belgian enterprise register using our company number.

Your journey with a direct operator

An accepted Taxi2Airport Brussels journey is carried out with our own vehicle and driver; we do not subcontract your trip. Our dispatch brings together the pickup address, planned time, passenger requirements and the driver's assignment. That gives you a direct operational contact for the journey you booked. Keep your booking reference when contacting us, especially if you are arranging transport for a colleague or relative who will be the passenger.

Choose the vehicle around your passengers

The booking form presents Eco, Green, Premium and Van. Choose for the whole party rather than only the lowest reference fare. Count children among the passengers and describe bulky luggage or special equipment. Child seats and particular requests should be stated before booking and confirmed where required. Our vehicle categories help you compare the journey; an additional stop or an unusual request should not be assumed to be included unless it has been agreed.

From your request to your confirmation

Start with the real addresses and travel details. A published reference journey helps you plan, but your own itinerary is checked before the accepted amount is confirmed.

  1. Enter the pickup and destination, date, time, passengers and suitable vehicle. For a return journey, check both legs rather than treating the second journey as an identical copy of the first.
  2. Provide a reachable phone number, your email and the flight number when relevant. Use the remarks field for meeting details or a special request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive documents there.
  3. Review the journey and the payment option offered before submitting. A reference acknowledges the request; use the status and confirmation sent to you to check that the reservation is accepted.
  4. Keep the accepted itinerary and contact details available for the journey. If a company or another person booked for you, make sure the actual traveller receives the pickup information as well.

Dispatch available around the clock

Our service and dispatch operate 24/7. For airport arrivals, dispatch follows live flight information using the flight number you provide and can adjust pickup preparation when a flight is delayed. Tell us directly about a changed flight, terminal or passenger contact when you can. Follow the meeting instructions communicated for your booking rather than assuming that every airport uses the same exit or pickup point. Traffic and airport formalities can affect the journey.

Changes and cancellations

Contact dispatch with your booking reference to request a change or cancellation. A changed address, pickup time or passenger requirement needs to be checked against the accepted booking. Cancellation is free only when the request is received and confirmed at least 24 hours before pickup. Read the booking terms for the applicable conditions; a message requesting a change is not itself confirmation that the new arrangement is accepted.

Questions or a complaint about a journey

Contact the operator using the details below and include your booking reference, the date of the journey and a clear description of the issue. Specify which part of the journey or confirmation you want us to examine, so the relevant booking can be identified. Keep correspondence about the request together. For a question about personal data, use the same public contact and consult our privacy notice; do not send card details or sensitive documents through WhatsApp.
